Well good old Arthur (arthritis) is starting to appear again, i've been in agony the last few weeks and i'm dreading it flaring up as bad as it was a few years back.

Anyhows I got this needle stuck in my bum earlier... I hope it helps!

Mom and I visited my grandmother at the nursing home today. Oma is in the late stage of dementia, and she does not communicate much. We sat outside and took turns holding her hand. She squeezed mine and rubbed her thumb across my skin.

My uncle recently remarked that Oma's hands are "still as soft as they ever were." So true.
